Be careful what you ask for...

Holy Crap! My new job is kicking my ass up one side and down the other. A 12 hour day today and have to be back at 6 am (It's 9pm and I just walked in and ate). After careful consideration and several briefings, I've arrived at the conclusion that my commander is a shit head.

It is going to take me every ounce of self control to not have my mouth get me in trouble with him. I understand my role and that I work for him, but his arrogance fucking kills me...

Enough whining... I asked to be placed in this position , I have some good news to report. I got a call today from my jam pad landlord (where I keep my drums). He called to say he was reducing our rent from $200 a month to $150. It seems that he has noticed no increase in the electric bill since we've been there. He's already a millionaire, so our rent doesn't affect him much anyway. He likes the fact that we are renting this storefront anyway because the locals know someone could be there all hours of the night. He has a large warehouse in the back with all types of stuff for his hotels that he owns.

So anyway, I gotta split. 5am comes pretty early.
Peace

Nah...Peart drumsticks is my friend Michael. He does work on base, but he's not in the military.

Check out his website. It's in my links section.
