HAPPY THANKSGIVING

I'd like to wish all my family, friends and regular visitors a very Happy Thanksgiving. I for one am very thankful for the many blessings that continue to surround my life. I'd like to ask that as we all go about our festive day, at some point we take a minute to think of the military men and women who are deployed to various places in the world in support of their missions.

I have much to be thankful for too (too much to even list here without taking over the blog).

Happy Thanksgiving Paul. Thanks for the post. A lot of men and women to give thanks for.

Get that kick tuned yet?

Peace, love and light to you and yours.

LOL Ric,
I was just talking with my drum instructor yesterday about that. He asked if I'd done any tuning yet. I'm a huge procrastinator.

The funny part is that every time I sit down to play, I get aggrivated at the tone. I'm just too lazy to get to tuning.

Thanks for stopping by. Have a great day.

Happy Turkey Day!

The secret to a bass drum is not to have matching tuning at all the lugs. Slightly different is key!

Jack,
I've never heard that. Sounds interesting.

I'll experiment with that advice. Thanks

Paul,

I hope you had a great Thanksgiving; it sounds as though you did indeed. I spent the day with 60+ people, and we all paused for a moment to give thanks for the armed service people protecting our freedom. Several servicemen were with us, and many of us have military families. Thank you for your service, too.
