Just roll with it...

First off, yours truly went to have my eyes examined. A year ago while I was getting a physical for my job, they told me that my eye sight wasn't great. Since then, my wife has informed me on several occasions that she wished I'd go get glasses. Well, i broke down and did that yesterday. Come to find out, I need bi-focals. Sooo, I chose to wear contacts and reading glasses for the time being. Let's just say that putting contacts in my eyes is NOT one of my favorite things to do. I just took my contacts out and now my eyes feel all scratchy. I don't know how long I can keep this up. I may just end up wearing my old man glasses (bi-focals) exclusively. We'll see.

Well, I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend..
Peace

Paul, welcome to my world. I have the no line bi-focals and they dry me crazy. I opted to buy two sets of glasses, one for reading and one for every thing else. I think if I have to buy them again I am getting them with the line, maybe that will help me. I think the no-line makes it hard for me to adjust.

Either way, I'm not happy with my old woman glasses. lol

Have a great weekend!

Oh man, Paul .... feel your pain, dude!! I absolutely have to go to the eye doctor. I've been in bifocals since before my 40th b'day.

What bothers me most is that now I can't read with the lowers which is why I got the tings in the first place. I need the uppers to drive, and they're getting weak.

I'm afraid of going to the doc because I'm afraid the script will be all wrong. There is only one time I actually got along with the eye doctor and came away with glasses that let me do my job. It was a guy at Keesler AFB in MS. in 1994. He did it right and I'm afraid nobody else will, lol.
