No rest for the weary

Once again it's 10:45pm, I'm wide awake and I have to be up at 5:30 for PT at the gym. The part time job is going great. I absolutely love it. I made a $1430.00 sale. We make 12% commission in addition to our hourly wage, so that sale will help out greatly. However, I wont make any money anyway because we get great employee discounts. I'll be buying all kinds of cymbals, hardware and stuff.

I'm not happy with my current cymbals (Zildjian A Customs), so I'm switching to Sabian AA's. I won a 17" AA Rock crash on eBay tonight, so I'll be buying 16" and 18" crashes very soon. For those of you who aren't drummers, higher end cast cymbals are pretty expensive. I'm also going to buy a huge 21" AA Rock ride cymbal. I love the sound of that monster.

Well my deployment team is on cue to be ready to leave on a moments notice beginning Sept 1. We are on deck till the end of December. It's like being on "call". If you're needed, you go. That's about all I can say on that. Man, I'm getting too old for this deploying stuff.

Well, that's about it. Not much happening. A big SHOUT OUT to my bro, Momthatsnuts, Boiled pnut, Jen, Dave, Phil, Wendy and even Satan. Thank you to them and everyone else who's dropped by to say hello.

I hear ya man,

I'm constantly flitting from country to country, create a disaster here, start a war there. Damn tiring really.
