What up my people???

So here I sit in bed with the laptop and the TV. Wife is pressing my slacks and kids are doing their thing. The music store is open tomorrow from 8 till 8. Yours truly will be there at 7:15am. We had a very nice flier in today's newspaper that shows some awesome sale prices on almost everything in the store. To make deals sweeter, we will pay the sales tax from 8-11 am.

A guy brought his son in Wed eve to buy him a half stack. I showed them an Ibanez that we have marked down from $799.00 to 599.00 The kid jammed on it for about 30 min while his dad and I chatted about our careers in the USAF. The kid wanted to pull the trigger that night on the amp. I informed dad about our tax break on Fri, so needless to say they will be in at 8 am. A $600.00 sale will be a nice way to start the day.

One thing I didn't know (until I saw the flier) is that we are open on Sunday as well. I got news for the boss. I wont work on Sunday. Ill work 12 + hrs on my military holiday, and I'll work a regular 8 on Saturday, but Sundays are my days to veg out and spend time with my family.

Ok, enough on that...I hope everyone had a fabulous Turkey day. Mine was spent cleaning house and just hanging out cooking. As hard as it might be to believe, I loved it. The wife and I enjoyed time with each other and the kids. I wanted to go across town to hit the tubs tonight, but I'm too friggen lazy.

Soooooo...I hope all of you have a very kick ass weekend. I'll be around.

I used to love working the long marathon hours of chistmastime shopping season. I worked two jobs in the mall. I worked 8:30-3:00 and the 3:30-10:00. Awesome. Make a lot of money during this time of year.

Hope you had a great holiday and gobbled all that turkey up!

Hey Paul~~~
I bought the troll~ing a half stack for christmas last year. Between that and the drum set, it was really noisy this year.
I used to do the "no Sunday work" thing too, but in the healthcare field if you want a job, you work sundays. End of story. You just try to find those VEG OUT days some other time. Anyhow, have fun selling music and dreams with no taxes!!
